Terms of Service

1. The service

AICloudCode (“the Service”) is an autonomous software-engineering platform operated at aicloudcode.com. The Service plans, writes, tests, repairs and delivers software changes in repositories and workspaces you connect, under the autonomy settings and permissions you configure.

2. Accounts and subscriptions

You must create an account and maintain an active subscription to access the engineering environment. Subscriptions are billed monthly through PayPal at the plan price shown at checkout. Plan limits — including monthly engineering units, concurrent missions, projects and mission duration — are enforced by the Service and may be changed with notice. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

3. Your content and repositories

You retain all rights to your source code, data and generated output. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service on your behalf: cloning repositories you connect, running builds and tests, producing changes on branches, and storing repository intelligence and project memory associated with your account. We treat source code as sensitive customer data.

4. Autonomous actions and authorization

The Service performs ordinary engineering actions autonomously. Materially consequential actions — such as destructive production operations, pushes to protected branches, production deployments, and account or billing changes — require your explicit authorization or a standing permission you configure. You are responsible for reviewing and merging changes before they reach production, and for the permissions you grant.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to exfiltrate credentials, bypass authorization boundaries, attack systems you do not own or are not authorized to test, or generate software intended to cause harm. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Third-party services

The Service integrates with GitLab, PayPal, model providers and deployment providers. Your use of those services is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for their availability.

7. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. Autonomous engineering output may contain errors; you are responsible for verifying it before use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email before they take effect.
